A look at who will have the opportunity to draft D-Mac this year.
1. St. Louis (0-8) 2. Miami (0-8) 3. NY Jets (1-7) 4. Atlanta (1-6) 5. San Fran (2-5) 6. Oakland (2-5) 7. Minnesota (2-5) 8. Cincinnati (2-5)

Of those teams I like the Jets the best. They have one of my favorite uniforms, plus David Barrett is there.
My 2nd choice would be Atlanta. Nice looking uniforms, plus they have Anderson and Houston of course. D-Mac would fit in in the ATL since he's so crunk. lol

The question is, would St. Louis or Miami take him, they both have top rated young running backs and a lot of needs else where, you might see a trade, though I can't think of anyone who really needs a running back.

Oakland's offensive line is a mess, the Jets have issues, but DMac to the jets is a neat fit

RB's:
1. St. Louis (Steven Jackson) 2. Miami (Ronnie Brown - coming off injury, might need insurance) 3. NY Jets (Thomas Jones - has been disappointing this year) 4. Atlanta (Warrick Dunn is old, Jerious Norwood is a young up-and-comer) 5. San Fran (Frank Gore) 6. Oakland (LaMont Jordan / Justin Fargas) 7. Minnesota (A.P.) 8. Cincinnati (Rudi Johnson / Kenny Watson)

Jets, Atlanta, Oakland. I hate all 3 options at this point!

St. Louis will either take Dorsey or a QB, Same with Miami, the Jets need a wideout, but they'd probably take McFadden as Jones is a bit of an older back.
I'd really like to see someone try and jump up there with a trade to get him, but I don't see how anyone really could, the Cowboys have 2 1st round picks, but they've got 2 good running backs.
Houston also has a real shot, considering Schaub's been banged up and they don't have a running back.
I can't believe St. Louis is 0-8

Julius Jones is not a good running back. Barber is but he and Mcfadden are different style runners even though they are both power backs. They could form a deadly 1-2 punch. I would scream like a little school girl if Dallas was lucky enough to get DMAC. I doubt they will since Cleveland has already won 3 games but you never know.

The reason Dallas is a possibility is because they could trade 2 first round picks to go up and get D-Mac, they could trade Julius Jones as well, that's the only way D-Mac goes to a decent team is via trade.

As long as he doesn't go to Dallas, I don't really care where he ends up.

We probably have 4 running backs who could start for the Packers right now, maybe 5

"NFL insiders" tell the Newark Star-Ledger that Virginia DE Chris Long is high on the Jets' wish list for the 2008 NFL Draft.
The 2-9 Jets are on track for a top-five pick next April, so they'll likely have a shot at Long near the top of the draft. Long is 6-3/275 and doesn't especially fit the mold of a 3-4 end. The Jets could view him as an outside linebacker. Chris is the son of former Raiders Hall of Famer Howie Long.

the Jets definitely need some help defensively.
