Baum Stadium is an awesome facility that is the envy of most college baseball teams and many minor league teams also. When it opened in 96, the athletic department probably never dreamed of the various expansions that would be needed to just to be able to seat everyone.
As nice as the stadium is I would like to see some of the seating areas improved especially down the right and left field lines. When those seats were added they were kind of angled back toward the pitchers mound and homeplate so that fans could see better but because the overall seating at Baum Stadium is not as steeply angled as most stadiums, when sitting down the right field and left field lines, even at 6'2 I'm still having trouble seeing homeplate when having to look over people. I noticed a lot of women and children having to sit on the edge of their seat to be able to see what was going on.
Another thing about the new seats is that when they had to he angled back toward homeplate it caused the seating area to be smaller and I found out at the 2004 Regional that I would get to know much more than I wanted to know about the legs of the guys on either side of me. LOL! In fact, the new chairbacks they added this season down the lines are even more cramped. I realize that most of this is only a problem when the stadium is full but it seems like the more Baum Stadium is pieced together, the more cramped it gets.
This is not a bash on the great Baum Stadium, and although every beauty queen has a few blemishes, its not out of line to make reasonable remarks on wishful things we wished were better. Hammons Field in Springfield took out 500 seats after its 1st season after fans requested easier access in getting in and out of the rows. It is nice that we are having to deal with full houses though.

We need a new cover for the tarp. And they need to do something with the pond.

My only wish is more of an amenity than an improvement. I would love to see a radar gun reading somewhere!

I like the radar gun idea.
My only suggestions are the view outside of the stadium...hiding the "industrial" look. I think they have planted some trees that just need time to grow to help hide it. My other suggestion would be better food although it seemed like they had more variety at the LSU series and I know they are restricted because of the contract to the supply company. I just love eating BBQ nachos at a ballgame. I also wouldn't mind playing some BINGO in between innings. That used to be a big hit at Travelers games but there's not much sense in stealing their tradition and the between innings entertainment is nice already. Friday night fireworks sure would be fun also.

As mentioned at Swatter's club, a pedestrian crossover bridge for Razorback road would be nice. I know it's easier said than done. Also a national championship banner for the outfield wall/scoreboard. ;D

The food could use a huge upgrade. The burgers off the Big Red Hog Grill are good but the Sodexo stuff at the regular concessions stands is horrible. Same problem at basketball though.

I remember 3 years ago they had Cinabon pretzels with icing, they were amazing, I wish they could bring them back.

Hammons Field in Springfield took out 500 seats after its 1st season after fans requested easier access in getting in and out of the rows. It is nice that we are having to deal with full houses though. I was at Hammons last season and noticed the missing seats. They actually REMOVED seats to make extra aisles and getting in and out easier. I was amazed. At Baum I have wondered how the view was from the seats toward the foul poles. It looked like it was hard to see from there. Even those last skyboxes probably have that problem as well. With the new restrooms, I don't have much to complain about at Baum. I am very blessed to have great seats and the ability to come to a lot of games. Go Hogs!

Better visitors' seating. I was going to say do a better job of keeping the visitors in their seats! That's for you Ben!

Taller foul poles.
A video monitor on each concourse with updated scores from Top 25 and SEC.
The triumphant return of the IFG.
Change the ground rule for homeruns. A homerun should clear the fence, not bounce off the top of the fence.
Built-in electric seat heaters.
A loan officer's booth next to the concession stands.

New tarp cover, radar gun, do something about the horrible smell behind home plate and down at our shop, drain that nasty ass pond and put bleachers out there. New pads for bullpen walls, take out the hogspa (it's baseball, we don't need a hot tub!), new shop with A/C, shower, bathroom, lockeroom etc. (actually trying to make something like this happen for our guys for a while). More RBI girls!!! haha
