well kara warns that if you have read the book and go see the movie (My Sister's Keeper) be prepared for a MAJOR curveball.
I was in a theater of 100 sobbing women and a couple of guys who also lost their man card at the door.

UP - I'm a big Disney fan and the Pixar brand is probably one of the most imaginative and creative studios around. The main theme of this movie is "Don't let life pass you by." Pixar can make you care about an old man in the first 10 min without him uttering a word. It is an entertaining movie which never dumbs itself down like many Dreamworks movies. That is why Pixar movies can stand through the test of time much better than a Madagascar or Bee Movie. Makes you look at your life a little and ask the question, "what have you done today?" Agree 100%. Disney/Pixar storytelling at its best. John Lasseter has this machine rolling. Pretty amazing for a guy who started out as a custodian at Disneyland. Can't wait for the 3-D releases of the Toy Story Trilogy.

Over the past week I went to see Ice Age 3 (non 3-D) and Ice Age 3: 3D.
It's a good movie to take the kids too, I'd prefer the 3D one.

Saw "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" at midnight. (yes, I'm about to say it AGAIN, Matt) It's a pretty good movie. Has it's good points and low points. And sets you up good for the "Deathly Hallow" movie that comes out next year.

Went to see "The Proposal" last night. It's a good movie. It's 1 hour and 38 mintues of comedy, and 10 minutes of romance.
