linkThe Indians' Cliff Lee and Ben Sheets of the Brewers have been chosen to start Tuesday's All-Star Game at Yankee Stadium, SI.com has learned.
Sheets and Lee were informed late Sunday that they'd be getting the call. Neither pitcher has ever started an All-Star Game before.
They will be introduced as the starters at the All-Star press conference at 11 a.m. local time Monday morning.

What a difference a year makes -- goes from being demoted to the minors to starting the All-Star game in Yankee Stadium. Couldn't happen to a better or more deserving guy.

I personally prefer the site that's been doing that for the past eight years... As do we all... It will just be nice to have an "official" site that is not totally worthless. |
