I have watched him play and he is the real deal. From what I have been told, Pelphrey is trying to get it known that he is going to build the fence. He offered Sanchez already, and Gulley was consensus the best sophomore in the state.

Namely filling the scholarships for next year and getting another assistant coach.

it may have been a PR move on his part too. How better to get the local fans behind you, than offer to a local boy? and it doesn't hurt anything, does it?

but, I too, would like to know who he's gonna offer for next year?

I am still skeptical about him though. He played well this season, but I don't think he has ever played up to his potential.
