Clearly, Stan was either keeping guys in line or a great cover up artist. How many problems did we have the last 5 years? As soon as he leaves we get marijuana allegations, academic probations, and now domestic violence.
I hope Pelphrey can keep everything under control and increase the wins.

From Lawhog:
"Causing injury to a family member intentionally or recklessly or negligently causing injury with a deadly weapon"

It's a Class A misdemeanor, meaning he faces up to a year in jail. Needless to say, it's not good.
And apparently Arkansas adopted a liberal interpretation of "family member" to include the live-in girlfriends...can' say that it's a bad thing.

"Misdemeanor" = no jail time, community service, a public apology and running till you puke at Bud Walton!
Got a "feeling" that Coach P and this new crew of coaches will come down hard on such incidents.

Pelphrey gets a quick opportunity to send a message to his players.

PH2 is right...he won't serve jail time. I think he'll end up with a suspended sentence (dependent on good behavior) and you can bet Pelphrey will keep him in line until the end of his probation.

His punishment should include no shooting three pointers for the whole year.

except if they win us a game. Him jacking up threes probably cost us more points and possessions than was worth it for the few times he made them.

His punishment should include no shooting three pointers for the whole year. Can we skip the "breaking the law" stage and just apply that punishment to Vincent Hunter?
