I think this is an really good hire!
He's got a ton of experience both as an assistant and as a head coach. Plus, he's proven he can recruit the state of Arkansas! ;D

Since Pelphrey is a young guy I'm glad he went out and hired a veteran coach like Evans.

For the record, have you seen Coach Richardson lately. With the graying hair, they do look remarkably similar...very much like someone else I know.
