Seriously, it makes one really appreciate Baum.

WOW you would think they could find a better stadium like Baum to play in

Yeah, I'm wondering if we need to take lawn chairs with us or what?

I think it 'seats' 1,100 or so, so I'm guessing there's something to sit on.

Maybe I missed it but what are the times of the games ? July 14th / 15th but I don't see any times. I'll drive up for the game on Friday evening if Nick is pitching; hope it's not rained out.

Here is a map of thier campus: www.mssu.edu/map.htmBUT, their stadium isn't on campus. It's more near downtown. It's on 3rd and High Streets. So if somebody with more of a mind for directions than me could come up with some, that would be great.

Directions:
Follow US 71 all the way over I-44. US 71 goes right with I-44, but you must go across I-44 and the road turns into 249 and narrows to 2-way traffic. Continue straight ahead (north) on 249 until you get to 66 - which is also 7th Street - and turn left (west). Follow 7th Street quite a while until you cross St Louis Avenue. After this stoplight, turn on the fourth right at High Street, and Joe Becker is at the corner of High and 3rd Street - parking to the left, ballpark to the right.
May take as long to get through Joplin to the park as it did from the state line to cross I-44...

If you want to find somewhere to eat in Joplin, go I-44 west and take the Range Line Rd. exit to the north. There are several places to eat on this road and the mall is a ways up on the right (past 7th St./ Rt. 66). Then you just go north (or back south if you go to the mall) and follow the directions west on 7th to St. Louis Ave. and on into campus.
The Coca-Cola NASCAR racing experience with simulators and other things will be at the mall on Friday.
