I got a order form in the mail Wednesday to buy baseball tickets for next year. I probably won't do it because it's still easier to get in free.
I was surprised to learn that sections 104-106 and 110-112 now have a $35 donation associated with them. And the ones behind home plate again have a $25 per seat donation. Family packs are $220 and I believe it was $135 for single seats.
Mainly I was just surprised to see an order form this early. Oh and you guys shouldn't get worried because it says renewel forms will be sent later. It says the order form must be in by November which is realy far away, but I was thinking will they give us a schedule by November?

I wonder if renewals will have to make the donation to keep our seats. If I have to make a higher donation than behind the plate does, I better get to keep my seat during the Regionals this time!!

mmmm, now see, this is a case where people who already have seats should have first dibs on re-orders. And, if we have to donate, we better not lose our damn seats during the post-season.
And, why would those behind the plate who never show pay less of a donation fee? What's up with that?

Yeah, I wondered that too. 'Specially with all the BS we were force-fed about how the seats we were moved to behind the net were "better" than our original seats. If they are better, why do we have to pay a higher donation???
I'd bet those who fill out the form like Heath got get the empty seats first, then waiting list until re-orders are done.

I just knew this crap was going to happen but it still burns me up! I imagine the donation amounts are just a start. They will probably be going up each year from this point on.

Here's where it will suck: As someone who has 2 season tickets, I had planned to add another one because even tho' I get in free with my ID, often times I would be pushed out of my seat.
Now, if I, as someone who has supported baseball since the old stadium, wants to add that one ticket and can only get section 117 or 99, I am going to be pissed. But, it won't matter. And you all know that for the most part, these newbies will order their damn tickets and show up in April (maybe) and May.
While, I will be there in (brrr) February!

I don't know if you'll still get screwed in post season, but I would garauntee that if you don't donate you won't keep your seats in that section. That's the way it already is at FB and BB.
And Kato you are likely right about adding a seat. On the other hand, you can tell them to make sure you original 2 stay where they are. Then just the 3rd one is likely to be in timbucktoo. My brother added a basketball ticket for his son last season and just had them put it near my seats in the upperdeck.
Here's how tickets work for other the other sports. As long as you donate the required amount each year you can keep renewing your same seats. For vacated seats it follows this order. 1. Broyles Matthews ($5000+)donors who want to improve seating 2. Broyles Matthews donors who want New or additional seating 3-10. People who want to improve seating going down the progressive levels of donation (Super Hog $3000 to razorback Club $35) 11-18. People who want additional or new seating down the same list.

The way I understand it is that the two sections over each dugout require a $35 donation which is the minimum Razorback Foundation membership. That is per order/ account, not per seat. The seats behind the plate require $25 per seat. Hog Heaven requires $200 per seat. The last section over each dugout, 103 and 113, do not require a donation and will be the visiting team sections for post-season next year.
I wondered about adding tickets, too. I have 4 and was thinking of going to 8. So now new orders get to order before I do. What's up with that?
