Seahawks OG Alvin Bailey has shed 23 pounds.
Absurdly listed at 320, Bailey was playing at "350-plus" in 2014. He's now back down in the 320-330 range. Bailey appeared in 14 games last season, making five starts. He struggled as both a run and a pass blocker, but could be Seattle's starting left guard. He'll face competition in the form of fourth-rounder Mark Glowinski. The Seahawks' other "top" guard is J.R. Sweezy, making for an extremely weak group.
