They both look really good! I like the contrast between the black and the logos on Charlie's a little better, but Trey's is still very nice...

I only did a few things different. I did that glossy effect on the logos which is easy. Just use the pen tool to draw where you want it to be, then click Make selection, then a new layer, then put a white to clear gradient on it, delete the part outside of the logo and then change the layer to soft light. Although on the small logos I didn't do soft light, I just blurred it a little to get rid of the hard edge.
Then on the reflection I didn't blur it, I just made it 20% opacity and put a layer mask and gradient on it. And of course I added the cities.
The background is just a gradient.

I'm going to find some time to rework mine. One of the main differences is how big everything is on yours. It looks awesome. I'll have to try and find good logos.
Another difference is that the UCA logo is trash and has been ever since they ripped of Kentucky.
