Oklahoma State has experienced a significant roster turnover since last season with 19 new junior college players in addition to two four-year transfers--ex-Mississippi LHP Brae Wright (6-2, 2.81) and ex-Virginia Commonwealth C Jeff Parrish (.223-6-31, but .332-8-50 in 2003)--on this year's squad. Wright, who was dismissed from Ole Miss midway through last year for breaking team rules, is scheduled to be the Cowboys No. 2 starter. The junior college transfers who figure to make the biggest impact for the Cowboys are 1B Adam Carr (.376-11-46 at West Valley, Calif., JC) and OF Michael Hernandez (.388-12-55 at Connors State, Okla., JC).
