Some thoughts
Goodwin had an excellent diving stop on top of the bag at third.
It sucks that they only got to play two games.
The guys were pretty agressive on the base paths during the series. A couple of mistakes, but it was good to see them forcing the situation.
Not many strikeouts in the two games. Is that good for the hitters or bad for the pitchers?
Charley looked like he was ready for the season to start today. He only had ten pitches left on his pitch count going in to the 7th and managed to get all three outs.
It was nice to be back out at Baum. The grass looks good.
Here's to hopeing the guys recovering from injury are 100% come February!
