Player/College/Current MLB Team Khalil Greene (Clemson/San Diego) Freddy Sanchez (Dallas Baptist/Pittsburgh) Stephen Drew (FSU/Arizona) Bobby Crosby (LBSU/Oakland) Ben Sheets (La-Monroe/Milwaukee) Reggie Willits (OU/Angels) Ryan Howard (SMS/Phily) Chase Utley (UCLA/Phily) Mike Pelfrey (WSU/NYM) Nate Robertson (WSU/Detroit) I know these players’ teams played at Baum but I’m not absolutely certain that they all played here. Here’s the link to all the players who played at Baum and in the MLB – All that I know of at least

This one is tough. I'm going with Howard although a couple of those pitchers have so much potential.

I would go with either Khalil Greene or Jason Jennings (Baylor) who is not on the list.

I would go with either Khalil Greene or Jason Jennings (Baylor) who is not on the list. You'd pick some mediocre pitcher over the reigning NL MVP?

I would go with either Khalil Greene or Jason Jennings (Baylor) who is not on the list. Jennings was the last guy bumped b/c I wanted to keep it to 10 players.

I looked at performance while in college and at Baum, not necessarily current status in MLB, because I am not a huge fan of professional sports.
But Jennings is no slouch, believe he has won a few honors himself -- like getting Rookie of the Year the same year as Hinske and widest load to toe the rubber at Baum (though Tommy Hunter made a good case)

I voted Drew. But mainly not for him, but simply the fact that he batted before (or was it after?) Eddie Martinez-Estevez, who accounted for one of the single funniest 2-days of baseball ever. Even Pags looked like he wanted to join in.
;D
Yup, I didn't seriously vote. Sorry.

Hmmm...didn't expect it to be that lopsided.
BTW, Ross Detwiler (SMSU) made his MLB debut for the Nats last night.

If you are basing it on collegiate performance, there is plenty of room for debate. If it is based on MLB, any vote not for Howard would surprise me.
