Joe Johnson scored a playoff career high of 35 points to go along with six assists as the Hawks shocked the Celtics for the second straight game to tie the first-round series at 2-2.
Johnson took over the game in the fourth quarter, leading the Hawks from a 10-point deficit by scoring 20 points in the quarter for the win. The Hawks stopped running in the second half, but Johnson took Ray Allen, and anyone else in his way, to the hole to dominate the final 12 minutes, as the Hawks outscored the C's 32-17 in the final quarter. Josh Smith and Johnson scored all 32 of the Hawks' fourth-quarter points, and Game 5 is in Boston on Wednesday.

Joe Johnson said several things after Thursday's loss, including that the Celtics, who now lead 3-2 and won 29 more regular-season games than Atlanta, aren't any better than the Hawks, being the eighth seed is "great" and that the Hawks are still in the series.
"The seed we have now is great, I don’t think the team we’re playing is that much better than us," Johnson said. "I don’t think they have much more talent than us...We still got life, it ain’t over yet," Johnson said. "We got to go home and take care of business, and that’s that."

Jazz shooting guard Ronnie Brewer is questionable for Friday's Game 6 with a hamstring injury.
He injured his right hamstring late in Game 5 and missed Thursday's practice. "It's a little tight," he said. Consider him a game-time decision for tonight.
