I think it's for the best.
He was a good recruiter, no doubt, but the results on the floor just were not there.

I don't think it would be possible to get him away from A&M... I've heard differently and that things are already in motion to make him the next Razorback basketball coach. We'll see. Of course, if the Hogs win the SEC tourney... but I don't see that happening. I really think they'll announce Billy Gillispie as our new coach before the Diamond Hogs fly to Knoxville. |
