Sorry I'm so late on this. I'll spill this over into January.
Nominate 1 poster, for POTY. You can nominate up until January 6th at 10:30 pm. (I will be taking the top 3 nominees)
The 2009 HogNation Poster of the Year Poll will be up after nominations have closed a week from today, and that poll will run for 1 weeek.
Our past winners have been HogLuver, Hognoxious, and PH2! Will we have a repeat?

I nominate Drizzle, my bestest friend, and a great contributor to the board with his wit.
Also, there's no one who can kill a useless thread like Drizzle can.
In addition, I believe he might just well be the "smartest" dude on the board. I hereby challenge anyone else to step forward with a higher ACT score than Drizzle's? Anyone?
I move that the nominations cease and that Drizzle be hereby declared as the 2009 Poster of the Year. Hearing no other nominations. It's done.

OK, I now see that Pigstachio has nominated OHBG, so I'd like to change my nomination to Bruinstyle2001, a great contributor to the statistic side of the board. BS2001, you are like family to me. Good luck.

seriously, Drizzle's wit earns him a nomination.
i'd also ask that PartyHawg2 (Newman!) also be nominated for this prestigious honor, mainly for his/her charm and all around general goodwill to all men/women.

Don't get stuck on the conundrum of that, ya'll.
As a sidebar, I DEMAND an explanation as to HOW the TOP 3 nominations are to be decided. Sounds like fowl play to me.

I'm wondering how they will be chosen also. do we need to nominate 3? if so, I add Charlie and Heath (whose stats make my head spin). There needs to be some criteria I would think.

In the past (I hate change, actually fear change), everyone who was nominated made the poll and everyone had one vote for the Poster of the Year. Seems simple enough, so the final 3 list that the Kid mentioned didn't compute for me.
