And that ball's hit deep to left! EIBNER ties it with a 2-run homer in the 9th! Holy Cow!

The most important thing is she's pretty much sewed up keeping her card, which many rookies don't do... She'll get into a rhythm, and I would expect a win before the end of next year...

While you're checking the LPGA leaderboards, read up on some of the other players... Some great ones out there for sure...

I was blown away that Yang was the first asian born man to win a major or whatever it was because of the asian dominance in the women's game.

I am not interested in women's golf, just interested in following former hogs

Right now, you have Stacy Lewis on the LPGA and Audra Burks, who's from Arkansas... Other than that, there's not much for Arkansas connections... :)

The Duramed FuturesTour has more options with Lucy Nunn and (sometimes) some others will pop up (like Amanda McCurdy, etc.)...

Stacy tied for 27th at the Safeway Classic over the weekend, bringing home about $13,000...

She also made more than a few ladies mad when she made a birdie on 17 on Saturday, shifting the cut line and causing 15 golfers to miss the cut when they finished the round tied for 71st... Not the way to win friends and influence people, but hey, you play to win... If she hadn't made the birdie, she too would have missed the cut...

While the LPGA is on a break (until this weekend), Stacy played in a major in Japan over the weekend, finishing tied for 7th... Let's hope that success translates back to the LPGA...

Go Stacy!

A cool story about Stacy, who's at the season-ending event in Houston this week:

http://www.lpga.com/content_1.aspx?pid=22576&mid=2

When seven year old Abigail Davis wanted to walk with an LPGA player during this week's LPGA Tour Championship presented by Rolex in Houston, Texas she found a way to get it done. A connection between her church group in Houston and LPGA Tour Fellowship Leader Cris Stevens brought Abigail straight to Houston's own Stacy Lewis (left). Stacy, along with fellow LPGA players Stephanie Louden (right) and Wendy Ward (middle), hosted Abigail inside the ropes during Tuesday's practice round. Abigail, a blossoming young golfer, was born without the use of her left hand. But that does not stop her from playing the game that she loves. Abigail plays left handed ala Phil Mickelson and uses her “baby hand”, as she calls it, to brace the club. She will tell you that the best part of her game is putting; her favorite part of the game is hitting her driver hard, and her favorite player? You guessed it; Stacy Lewis.

After the first round, Stacy is tied for ninth at -2, four shots off the lead...
